The most noteworthy flaws would be a bit of peeling to the edge paint on the very top of the handles, and a faint storage smell when you really sniff inside the bag (not noticeable otherwise). The corners have also been repaired and possibly repainted or have pigment added, but it's unclear if this was done by Hermes.
