All purchases are final sale. 

Our collection consists primarily of pre-owned luxury pieces, many of which are rare or one of a kind. We encourage you to review all photographs, measurements, condition notes, and product details carefully before completing your purchase. In addition, we are happy to offer additional photographs or answer any questions prior to purchase.

Vintage & Pre-Owned Condition

Vintage and pre-owned pieces may exhibit sign of age, storage, or previous use. Rare Muse carefully photographs and describes each piece, including noticeable wear or imperfections. 

Variations and signs of wear consistent with the item's disclosed condition, age, and vintage nature are not considered defects.

If you would like additional photographs, measurements, or information about a piece before purchasing, please contact our Concierge. We are happy to help you make an informed decision.

No Returns or Exchanges

Rare Muse does not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including change of mind, fit, color, size, preference, or signs of wear that were disclosed in the listing.

All sales are final once an order has been placed, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Order Issues

If you receive an incorrect item or believe your purchase differs materially from its description, please contact concierge@raremusearchive.com within 72 hours of delivery. 

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging so that we can review the matter.
