Vintage Hermes Birkin 35 in the discontinued Ardennes leather. Includes lock, keys (2), clochette, and dustbag. The most perfectly slouchy Birkin you’ll ever see. This leather has a reputation in the Hermes community for being extremely durable. Hermes no longer makes bags in this leather - there was a rumor it’s because Ardennes leather is so durable, you wouldn’t need to buy a second bag.
Good Condition: There are light scratches/scuffs throughout, corner wear, and faint scratches to the hardware + mild tarnishing specifically on the lock, keys, and turnlock. The most noteworthy flaws would be a bit of peeling to the edge paint on the very top of the handles, and a faint storage smell when you really sniff inside the bag (not noticeable otherwise). The corners have also been repaired and possibly repainted or have pigment added, but it's unclear if this was done by Hermes. The bag is a square D stamp (year 2000) and looks very good for a 26 year old purse.
